Psst…Did You Remember to Cancel?

At Alchemise our intention is to give you our valued and loyal customers the best possible experience when you come into the studio for your class.

Of course, we understand, sometimes it is just impossible to make a session and the only option is to cancel your slot. During these highly changing times we have reduced the number of student attending classes, with limited numbers it is crucial that if you can not make the class then you remember to cancel, allowing one of your fellow brothers or sisters to enjoy the session instead.

For this reason, we got our thinking caps on and have now for your continued participation and enjoyment in classes have implemented a new cancelation agreement which gives you the freedom to cancel up to three hours before a class.

For clients not cancelling or no-shows to a class within the three hours prior to a class start-time you will now be charged £10 from the card most recently used on your file.

For clients consistently  (x3 per month or more) forgetting to cancel classes or not showing up therefore, stopping others from potentially enjoying the experience too, we may choose to suspend your booking of classes for one calendar month.

We believe this is a really fair option where both you our valued customers and the studio get the best from each other.

After costs, we will annually donate %50 of any charges taken from not cancelling in time or no-show sessions to Alchemise’ chosen charity of the year.

During the pandemic 2020 has seen a rise in domestic violence and abuse in the home, therefore, any money from charges will be donated to:  I Am Arla – supporting victims of domestic violence.

We hope you understand why we are choosing to make these changes to our cancelation system and because of these efforts you may all continue to have the best studio experiences possible.

With great love and respect,

Wendy
