Barre classes are ballet inspired, they incorporate a fusion of ballet, yoga, pilates and functional training. It’s a fitness class. There may be the odd pirouette and pliés thrown into a session to spice up the fun. All classes keep a continuous pace following music at 126-128 bpm which inspires and motivates. During each session you will sculpt, slim and stretch your whole body using an (optional) variety of specialised equipment.
