Join Wendy and community on the longest night of the year to celebrate the Winter Solstice with a deeply nurturing evening of Restorative Yoga, Crystal Singing Bowls and Gentle Candlelight.

This magical threshold invites us to slow right down, reflect and set intentions as we welcome the gradual return of the light.
We’ll immerse ourselves moving gently to a delicious sequence of restorative postures designed to release tension, open the body and bring warmth to the heart. Guided by soft music, surrounded by the glow of candlelight, each pose will invite a sense of nourishing calm release and restore.
