Festive & Creative Christmas Wreath Making ~ Yoga & Soundscape Evening
Catherine (Elworthy Flowers) & Wendy (Alchemise Yoga Studio) Invite you to a cosy evening of Christmas wreath making, cocao or bubbles, gentle yoga & a restful healing sound journey with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls relaxation. Thursday 28th Nov, 6:30 - 9:45pm £78 pp
This will be a beautiful evening where you’ll craft your own stunning door wreath to display proudly upon your own door.

Catherine, will guide you through designing & composing a unique wreath using a wide range of fresh festive and dry foliage such as: ivy, conifer, holly & yew along with Norwegian Spruce & eucalyptus to make your wreath smell divine! festive accessories and ribbon included.
Wendy will offer a gentle opening yoga flow to help you access a deeper level of creativity before making your wreath.
After your wreath is made we will go back into the yoga studio (with underfloor heating and gentle uplights for a singing bowls sound therapy session where you receive the sounds around, above and within to help you drift into (probably a well needed pre Christmas rush) rest.
There will be festive bubbles, warming cocao & healthy (sugar & dairy free) cake to enjoy.
There will also be a chance to purchase some festive Christmas pressies or gifts for yourself from naturally foraged and made beauty products, designed and created by Wendy from her new Wildly Botanica range.
Join us for a magical evening of festive creativity and guided relaxation where you’ll craft your own beautiful Christmas wreath and then unwind with a calming sound bath journey. This unique experience blends the joy of embodied movement & creativity with hands-on festive crafting, followed by deep relaxation, leaving you feeling peaceful, rejuvenated and ready to embrace the Christmas celebrations with a renewed sense of calm, creativity and pride each time you look at your homemade wreath.
