My name is Anna. I am from Ukraine. My acquaintance with stretching and yoga began in 2014, when I felt very strong fatigue and tension in my body after the birth of my second child. After three months of regular classes I was surprised to find that my body breathed a new full life, I saw significant improvements in the physical, psychological and emotional spheres. In 2019 I completed a basic course in teaching stretching and Pilates.
I am a psychologist by training. And for me, working with the body is not only working with muscles, but also working with emotions, bodily clamps and blocks, working with energy blocks and the mental sphere, it is working with inner tension and anxiety states. For me stretching is an ideal format for working with the body, it is a body meditation, which magically restores the body, the nervous system and the whole person.
